LAS VEGAS - Turning to MNF, we'll take a crack at the Saints 5 points over the Seahawks. Never easy to win in Seattle, and while we're not expecting a W, although it would be nice, New Orleans has the firepower to keep this game close. Why? Two words...Drew Brees. Brees has been OFF the charts this season, with 3,647 yards passing and 28 TD's, both numbers second only to Peyton Manning. Brees has been RIDONKULOUS on Monday nights as well, winning nine straight starts and posting a PHENOMENAL (used ridonkulous already) 123.6 passer rating. And what makes this even more attractive, especially as a nice underdog is, two of the Seahawks secondary players, cornerback Walter Thurmond (suspended for the next four games) and CB Brandon Browner (groin injury) are both gone. That's like playing Grand Theft Auto on the Xbox with one hand tied behind your back. Seattle hasn't played a team with a winning record in a month, and certainly has not played a QB like Brees this season. Gimme half a Benjamin on New Orleans.
